Membership Application Form
Complete the form below to become a member or to renew your current membership.
Membership is $50 U.S. dollars per year for full membership
(or $90 for two years);
full-time students may become a member for $15 per year.
- To pay by check, complete the form, click “Continue With Registration,” and mail your check within two weeks to the address provided.
- To pay online, complete the form, click “Continue With Registration,” and follow the steps to pay by credit card.
New members: When we receive your payment, we will enroll you in the association, add you to the APCC listserv, and send you a packet of information, including a certificate suitable for framing.
